From the first call to the final payment. Automated.
Patients book online or with our AI voice agent, check in from their phone, and their coverage is verified before they arrive. When the doctor signs the note, Revora codes it, scrubs it, sends the claim and posts the payment. Your team only sees the exceptions, with the fix already drafted.

One pipeline from patient to payment.
Each stage hands the next one clean data, so problems are caught where they start: a wrong member ID at booking, not a denial six weeks later.
01 · Front desk, without the queue
Booked
Patients pick a slot on your published calendars or call and talk to the AI voice agent. Coverage is checked the moment the visit is booked, and the copay estimate goes out with the confirmation.
02 · Before they arrive
Checked in
A text link lets patients update insurance, answer intake questions and sign consents. Eligibility runs again two days before and on the day. Procedures that need prior authorization are requested at scheduling.
03 · In the exam room
Documented
The doctor writes the note as usual, prefilled from intake. Codes appear as they type, with the reason for each one and tips that make the documentation support the visit level.
04 · The moment the note is signed
Billed
The claim is built, scrubbed and auto-fixed, scored for denial risk and sent as an 837P. The 999 and 277CA come back on their own; rejections are corrected and resent where the fix is certain.
05 · When the payer pays
Posted
835 remittances are balanced and posted line by line. Every payment is compared with your contract, and the patient's share goes out as a statement with a pay link.
06 · When something goes wrong
Recovered
Denials and underpayments land in one queue with the reason, the money at stake and a drafted appeal. The platform learns each payer's habits and stops the same denial before the next claim goes out.
Six modules. One record of every dollar.
Front office, clinic, billing office and payer work from the same data. Every number on a dashboard links back to the claims, and every claim links back to the X12 that moved it.
Booking marketplace & AI voice agent
Publish each doctor's calendar for online booking, and let the voice agent answer calls: it identifies the caller, finds a slot, books it, checks coverage and texts a check-in link.
Digital check-in & real-time eligibility
Intake, insurance updates and consents on the patient's phone. 270/271 runs at booking, two days before the visit and at check-in, with the copay estimate shown up front.
Note-to-claim coding
ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS proposed from the signed note: E/M level from medical decision making, modifiers 25, 95, RT/LT, vaccine administration, drug units and pointers.
Claim scrubber that learns
Over 25 edits before submission, one-click or automatic fixes, a denial-risk score, and rules learned from each payer's remittances so the same denial never repeats.
Payment posting & recovery
835s balanced and posted automatically, underpayments caught against your contract, denials categorized with an appeal already drafted, corrected claims sent without a person.
Payer portal & FHIR API
Insurers receive claims, review prior authorizations and appeals, and tune adjudication rules. Everything is reachable over a FHIR R4 API and stored as verbatim X12.
Most billing tools tell you what went wrong. Revora fixes it.
Automation is only useful when it acts. Here is what happens without anyone opening a work queue.
Coverage checked three times
At booking, two days before and at check-in, so inactive plans are caught while the patient can still fix them.
Fixes, not just flags
The scrubber applies certain fixes itself and drafts the rest. Your team approves instead of re-keying.
Learns each payer
When a payer keeps denying something your contract allows, Revora adjusts its edits and tells you why.

Prior auth before the visit
Procedures that need authorization are requested when they are booked, with the documentation the payer asks for.
Underpayments recovered
Every 835 line is compared with your fee schedule. Short payments get an appeal letter, and a batch appeal per payer.
Both standards, natively
Claims, eligibility and remittances in X12 5010; the same records as FHIR R4 for EHRs, apps and payers.
More of the revenue cycle, in one place.
Typical revenue-cycle platforms start at the claim. Revora starts at the first phone call, which is where most denials are born.

Built for everyone who touches a claim.
Clinics & group practices
Front desk, doctors and the billing office on one system, from the first call to the patient's final balance.
Billing companies
Every client's claims in one work queue, with automation doing the first pass so each biller covers more practices.
Hospitals & health systems
Plug into your EHR over FHIR R4 and your clearinghouse over X12, and add the automation around both.
Payers & insurers
Receive claims and eligibility requests, adjudicate with your rules, review prior auths and appeals, send 835s.
Questions practices ask us first.
No. Revora reads and writes FHIR R4 for clinical and administrative data and X12 5010 for claims, eligibility, status and remittances. It can sit next to your EHR and send through the clearinghouse you already use, or use its own connection to payers.
270/271 eligibility, 837P professional claims, 999 implementation acknowledgments, 277CA claim acknowledgments, 276/277 claim status and 835 remittance advice. Every interchange is validated before it is sent, stored verbatim, and can be opened and annotated loop by loop.
A FHIR R4 (4.0.1) API with Patient, Practitioner, Organization, Coverage, Schedule, Slot, Appointment, Encounter, Condition, Claim, ClaimResponse, ExplanationOfBenefit and CoverageEligibilityRequest/Response, plus $submit for claims and prior authorization (Da Vinci PAS style) and Patient/$everything.
It identifies the caller by name and date of birth, offers only real open slots, reads the booking back for confirmation, and books through the same workflow as the front desk: eligibility is checked and the check-in link is sent. Callers can ask for a person at any time.
The doctor. Revora proposes ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS codes from the signed note and shows why it chose each one; the provider can change them before signing. Edits are audited.
Each denial is categorized from its reason and remark codes, and the platform fixes and resends the claim when the fix is certain, such as an authorization already on file or a diagnosis already on the claim. Everything else goes to a queue with the money at stake, the next step and a drafted appeal.
Revora is built for HIPAA: role-based access, every view and change written to an audit log, encrypted transport, and patients reaching their check-in and statements only through unguessable links. See the Security page for details.
